What you'll be doing:

  • Be the first point of contact for customer and public queries about the site and pass the information to the relevant site staff as necessary
  • Deal proficiently with any internal and external issues or queries that may arise
  • Assist the Site Manager with the day-to-day administration of the site
  • Prepare site reports and complete minutes for site meetings
  • Assist with induction and probationary reviews
  • Ensure all personnel files are updated on a regular basis
  • Manage the monthly payroll process
  • Ensure that all training records are up to date and schedule courses as and when required

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience gained within an administrative role
  • Previous use of Google Docs is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience gained using SAP, SAGE or WIMS is desirable
