Job description

Role Title: Operations Administrator
Location: Remote
Salary: Up to £30,000 dependent on experience

We are looking for a motivated and organised admin with excellent written and communication skills. As an Operations Admin, you will be a key member of the tmc3 team, owning internal operations admin tasks and supporting the operations team.

To do this, we expect you to have Operational Admin experience across a vast array of internal business operations. You will also have experience working in a digital, consultancy, or similar environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operations Support:
    • Provide administrative and operational support to the business as needed.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures.
    • Help maintain accurate records and documentation related to operations activities.
    • Manage the timesheet system.
    • Support customer onboarding.
  • Recruitment:
    • Help build job descriptions.
    • Manage recruitment suppliers.
    • Schedule interviews.
    • Follow up with applicants and provide feedback.
  • Communication and Coordination:
    • Facilitate communication between project teams, delivery teams, and other stakeholders.
    • Arrange and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
    • Answer inbound phone calls and emails from customers and suppliers.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Provide administrative and operational support to the operations manager.
    • Produce regular status reports and updates for customers.
    • Take accountability for the delivery of cyber security engagements and lead multiple engagements on a day-to-day basis.

Competencies and Qualifications

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills at all levels up to Board level.
  • Project Management Experience.
  • Management and leadership experience and skills.
  • Experience managing a timesheet system.
  • Ability to acquire a Project Management Certification if not already possessed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
