We are seeking a versatile candidate for a role that combines the responsibilities of both a Deployment Manager and an Operational Planning Manager.

Essential Criteria

  • Organisational Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing demands in a dynamic environment.
  • Oracle HR Experience: Essential experience with Oracle HR for effective system navigation and utilisation.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to assess and interpret data, providing insights for informed decision-making.
  • Excel Proficiency: Proficient in Excel for data manipulation and management to support operational needs.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey information clearly to various stakeholders.
