My client is in need of an OEM Sales Manager with a strong background in the medical industry in relation to radiation instrumentation.
The Company specializes in designing and manufacturing detector products across a diverse range of applications for UK and export markets.
To advance our mission for their Tube product-line, we have a new position for a highly motivated Global OEM Sales Manager to build relationships and drive sales. This strategic sales position will be based in Croydon (UK) and combined with a more supportive OEM sales role of our Photodiode product-line.
Work from home is an option with the expectation that routine presence in our Croydon location will be necessary to build internal relationships as well as develop and continually maintain product knowledge.
The OEM Sales Manager will develop “subject matter expertise” and implement key product specific targeted business plans to generate new business while maintaining, cultivating and expanding existing client relationships. It is anticipated that the post holder will achieve success by developing robust partnerships with integrators and system manufacturers globally.
The OEM Sales Manager will be the customer-facing representative of the UK and abroad, identify opportunities, respond to RFl's & RFQ's, negotiate and win work, and maintain and grow the company turnover and profitability.
As part of the role, you will also identify and mitigate safety, environmental, and commercial risks to the company and ensure those risks are communicated and escalated appropriately.
