About the role

• An exciting opportunity to join our multi-faceted Campaigns and Services marketing team. With a strong focus on content management, you will play a crucial role in developing and disseminating high-quality content across multiple platforms that aligns with the firm's strategy and brand.
• Work with the Head of Channel Marketing and Campaigns & Services Lead to develop and implement a content plan that aligns with the firm's objectives, target audiences and brand guidelines.
• Oversee the development of high-quality and compelling content across multiple platforms, including website, blogs, social media, email marketing and campaigns, working with external copywriters and client teams as needed.
• Manage a content calendar that supports the key themes within our content pillars, ensuring sector and regional audiences are included as required.
• Manage internal communication channels for the Campaigns & Services team.
• Manage, coach and develop marketing executives.

What are we looking for?

• Experience as a content manager, content strategist or similar role.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with razor-sharp attention to detail.
• Strategic thinker with creative mindset and interest in the business agenda.
• Experience using analytics tools to monitor content performance and make data-driven decisions like Google Analytics.
• People management skills and interest in developing talent.
• Familiarity with the application of AI technology for content generation, copy writing and editing processes, is desirable.
