Summary

As a Sales Training & Content Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all sales-focused collateral on the company’s CMS platform and other online channels. This includes creating, updating new content, and collaborating with wider business functions in publishing curated content for sales team consumption. You will also work closely with the sales enablement and operations team to create new training material for new processes and procedures and provide training to the sales team. This will include helping with onboarding new sales reps and BDRs and getting them up to speed with our sales methodology, sales cycle, and product offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of the primary sales content management system including:
    • User administration
    • Workspace & template management
    • Site structure and configuration
    • User group permissions
    • Content classification and indexing
    • Analyse and report content usage and effectiveness of key contents during our sales process
    • Monitor and optimise the overall performance of the platform
  • Training content and sales / marketing collateral management:
    • Work with sales leadership and sales enablement to determine content requirements
    • Coordinate & collaborate with other internal business functions in getting new content prioritized, created and published
    • Create new sales training materials (with sales enablement), publish marketing collateral (from Marketing), and publish competitor information packs (from Product Marketing)
    • Manage review and release cycle of all content published on the CMS platform
    • Monitor content quality, age, effectiveness, usage, and consistency in delivering the right message
    • Enhance content tagging to improve search capabilities
  • CRM, CMS and other tools integration:
    • Have proficient understanding of CRM system (Salesforce) to create new process updates training content with help from Sales Ops and Commercial
    • Integrate CMS with Litmos to increase the overall effectiveness of the training platforms
    • Create new video/audio content and enable adoption of new way of consuming training

What we’re looking for:

  • Must have skills/experience:
    • 5+ years of experience in content administration, sales enablement & training, sales operations, or similar role
    • Proficiency in Salesforce, Content Management platforms, LMS platforms, and complete suite of MS Office products
    • Experienced in creating training materials and other clear, concise and engaging content
    • Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
    • Proficiency in tagging, categorizing, and archiving digital assets for streamlined retrieval
    • Ability to understand content usage data and insights to update content strategy
    • Familiarity and understanding of software sales cycles and methodologies
    • Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously
    • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with multiple different departments to keep all content current and relevant for sellers
  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in a STEM, Marketing, or Communication field with strong written and verbal communication skills

This role is fully remote, but we have an office in Covent Garden where occasional travel is required.
