They are now looking for a creative and passionate Marketing Assistant to reflect the company’s brand values and uphold the brand’s marketing messaging and initiatives, in support of and in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and the Sales teams.

Marketing Assistant, the role:

• Managing the administration of the website database - Where to Buy and online Trade Hub
• Looking after direct marketing - from a brief to create the visuals, re-purpose existing content and effecting the eshot plan
• Supporting the influencers projects
• Helping with all PR activity - press requests for samples, shoot organisation
• Assisting with Play Partner Marketing - incentives, promotions and the retailer’s digital activity including Co-branded white sites
• Collaborating with PR company - business social activity including support with internal content creation and curating User Generated Content
• Building up and attending relevant trade and consumer exhibitions
• Understanding the office, accounting and warehousing functions to therefore understand why the company works the way it does
• Liaising and communicating with other teams both internally and externally

Marketing Assistant, the applicant:

• Some previous experience in administration/marketing/office environment
• Relevant qualification, preferable College or degree level (English, Art and Design, Marketing or similar)
• Ability to think outside the box
• Outstanding communication skills and a positive “can do” attitude
• A polite and friendly manner and brilliant attention to detail
• Lots of initiative, energy and self-motivation
• IT literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Capable of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
