As our Marketing Assistant, you’ll be at the forefront of digital marketing initiatives, engaging customers across multiple platforms, driving sales, and creating seamless experiences for thousands of people across the UK. If you have experience in digital marketing, including paid advertising, social media, SEO, email campaigns, and more, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Keep APCOA websites and APCOA Connect web pages up-to-date, engaging customers, highlighting brand and product updates, and driving sales conversions.
• Work on strategies to grow our website presence and reputation as a best-in-class solution.
• Collaborate with the operations team to implement targeted promotions that drive customer and revenue growth.
• Contribute to national and local sales, marketing, and pricing initiatives.
• Manage the production of marketing materials such as leaflets, posters, and flyers in collaboration with the operations team.
• Oversee APCOA’s presence at exhibitions and events, coordinating sales and marketing strategies.
• Help manage campaigns across multiple digital channels like social media, Google Ads, SMS, and display advertising.
• Improve SEO, PPC, and affiliate marketing performance to increase visibility and engagement.
• Work alongside the Marketing Manager on brand competitions, partnerships, and exciting future campaigns.

What You’ll Bring

• A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
• Experience managing content for websites and web content management systems.
• Proven Sales and Marketing experience, ideally in a B2C role.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
• A self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
• The ability to multitask and motivate others to drive results.
• Hands-on experience with SMS/email campaigns, PPC, and SEO marketing efforts.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) is a bonus!
