Introduction: We are looking for a customer service focused maintenance technician to service our clients in and around the Ellesmere Port area.
Jobs will be acting as the client facing operative on general troubleshooting, maintenance and identifying utilities issues which can be on retail, residential or commercial land and issues with plumbing/water/general maintenance.
There will be a labourer who will be more hands on in terms of fixing the issues on site.
Shift patterns: Any time between 09.00 and 19.00
Hourly pay: £23.68 per hour paid weekly
Contract: 6 months rolling
Location: In and around the Ellesmere Port area
Job description: Travelling with a hands-on labourer to visit clients’ sites which are experiencing issues with their home/office/building utilities. You will be the person who is client facing, dealing with the paperwork and reporting side of things with the labourer doing the hands-on part. Issues will be things like water leaks, plumbing issues as well as other queries relating to the water.
Requirements:
- You will need to be flexible in terms of working shift patterns.
- Hold a valid UK driver’s licence.
- Have a minimum 5 GCSE level education or the equivalent.
- Have a calm but professional approach with the UU clients.
- Have a background in maintenance, preferably plumbing.
