The Job

Monday - Friday
08:00 - 17:30
£40,000 basic + Commission OTE £55,000 +
Company van, company tablet, company phone provided
Start from home, travelling to: car dealerships and customer houses up to 1.5 hours from home

Duties
A successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out mobile smart repairs. This includes setting up and using a spray gun, mixing paint, matching colours, using filler on occasions, primer and lacquer. Additionally, acknowledging safety regulations and assessing that the job can be carried out. You will also experience various weather conditions while completing your repairs. Equipment provided.

Repairs on vehicles will include:

Minor scuffs and scratches
Paint blemishes
Stone chips
Wings / doors sprayed
Small dents

Experience

Minimum of 3 years experience within a paint spraying environment
Preferably automotive / motor trade background but not essential
Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in paint repair

Requirements

Valid full UK driving licence
Knowledge of filler
Able to paint a minimum of 2 vertical panels and blend
Right to work in the UK
Strong customer service
Good timekeeper
Basic maths and English required
Previous customer-facing roles experience
Great attention to detail
Assessment / Induction Day required
