Job Title: Maintenance Plumber

Location: Portsmouth

Salary: £38K

Are you a skilled plumber looking for an exciting opportunity to work on a commercial site in the Portsmouth area? My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Plumber to join a team on a large R&D site.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform plumbing and minor mechanical maintenance.
2. Handle planned preventive maintenance (PPMs) and reactives efficiently.
3. Undertake minor project installation tasks.
4. Ensure the highest standards of workmanship and compliance with regulations.

Package:

Salary: Up to £38K per annum.

Holiday: Generous 33 days leave.

Working Hours: Mon - Fri / 40 Hours

Requirements:

1. Plumbing qualifications and relevant experience.
2. Ability to obtain DBS.
