Based in Basildon
Permanent
Office based
08:00am till 16:00pm
£28-32K depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for:

  1. Maintenance planning
  2. Equipment maintenance
  3. Supervisory skills
  4. Maintenance management
  5. Day-to-day planning

Qualifications:
  1. Maintenance Planning and Planning skills
  2. Equipment Maintenance skills
  3. Supervisory Skills
  4. Maintenance Management skills
  5. Experience in maintenance planning and management
  6. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  7. Ability to work well in a team and independently
  8. Knowledge of building maintenance and safety regulations

Skills:
