As the Technical Maintenance Planner, you will manage all planned maintenance activity for PGMS. Plan and prepare for the successful completion of future maintenance work producing requirements to facilitate short-term and medium-term planning.

This includes communicating and liaising with production planning to ensure works are coordinated in conjunction with operational requirements. Plan and organise non-routine maintenance activities including periodic shutdowns. Schedule and organise resources (internal and external) including spares coordination.

This role will report into the Lead Maintenance Planner.

Your responsibilities:

• Proactively promote a positive Health & Safety culture and ensure adherence to JM policies (including HR/EHS/Security).
• Administer the Maintenance Planning Process as defined in the JM Maintenance Planning Procedure.
• Develop and issue the short (daily, weekly) maintenance plan for the PGMS.
• Manage scheduling activities for assets, e.g. resource requirements and availability, vendor readiness, materials availability, etc., ensuring spare parts availability through spares coordination with stores.
• Perform detailed integrated planning and scheduling of simultaneous operations to avoid escalation of business risk.
• Working with operations and reliability engineers, continuously review plant performance, adapting maintenance plans where necessary in order that overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) targets are met.
• Collaborate with the Lead Maintenance Planner and wider maintenance team to seek opportunities to improve resource efficiencies.

Requirements for the role:

• Experience in planning, scheduling, and coordination in a maintenance and project role.
• Ability to triage issues and prioritise based on results.
• Effective communication skills, enabling clear understanding of opportunities and simplifying requests from operations.
• Good knowledge of Asset Management Systems (CMMS).
