Job description
We are excited to be partnering with this highly regarded international law firm in their search for a legal Cashier/Cash Operations Executive. The role would suit someone with previous experience of working in Legal Finance with experience of legal Cashier and Accounts Payable.
- Responsible for processing high volume, high value transactions from their UK and International client and office bank accounts.
- Dealing with the firm wide client accounts for funds received.
- Processing client account payment requests.
- Allocation of funds to settle fees.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules, as well as local and internal policies relating to client money, fraud, and AML.
- Ideally worked in Legal Finance for 3+ years.
- Ability to process high volume payments of high value from client accounts in accordance with strict deadlines.
This role will be working in a large, busy, and friendly finance department with a reporting line into the Cash Operations Manager.
