Base pay range

You experience working as a Legal Cashier is highly sought after by our client, who are an excellent law firm, based in Central London. They are seeking a detail-oriented professional with at least two years’ experience in legal finance to join their supportive and well-established accounts team.

The Role

Reporting to the Head Cashier, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of their legal finance processes. You’ll work closely with a friendly team, handling a variety of financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Allocating client and office receipts
  • Processing client to office transfers
  • Managing daily banking transactions
  • Paying Counsel fee notes
  • Posting Land Registry, Court fees, and Companies House invoices
  • Monitoring shared mailboxes
  • General team administration

  • Minimum two years’ experience in legal finance
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel and Word
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
