It provides chilled, ambient, contract packaging, and bonded logistics services, as well as value-added services, such as online visibility and systems integration, pallet management, and supply chain management.

This is a key role with prime responsibility to facilitate, deliver and adapt training initiatives that support business objectives whilst supporting and encouraging all employees in becoming the best that they can be. Specifically, this role will be asked to support the redesign of bespoke and broad management development pathways and career pathways, supporting our talent management strategy.
Working as part of a close team, you will share responsibility across our entire business, supporting sites to determine training needs within a region or division; therefore, the ability to travel is essential.
We are flexible for this role to be based at any of our sites within the midlands and north region.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hour week.
