Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
  2. Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external trainers to ensure the delivery of high-quality training.
  4. Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
  6. Support the development and administration of e-learning platforms and tools.
  7. Collaborate with management teams to identify training needs and align training programs with organisational goals.
  8. Build strong relationships with employees to understand their development needs and provide tailored support.
  9. Develop and implement comprehensive training and engagement programs tailored to organisational needs.
  10. Assist in the creation and updating of training and engagement materials and resources.
  11. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into training programs.
  13. Utilise HR generalist experience to address broader HR issues and support HR initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Proven experience in a learning and development or training coordination role.
  2. Strong HR generalist experience, including knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  3. Strong organisational and project management skills.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  8. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
