We are looking to offer a L&D Specialist the opportunity to join our expanding L&D team. You will be based remotely but the role requires frequent travel across the UK for workshop delivery.
You will join the L&D team in our Group Learning, Leadership and Talent function and report to the Head of Learning and Development. Working across the full range of M Group Services businesses, the L&D team are responsible for supporting learning and development for our employees.
As the L&D Specialist, you will play a key part in delivering and designing our L&D offering through our portfolio of self-learning, virtual learning sessions and development programmes. The role provides the opportunity to expand our existing offering, to create interventions to engage, support and inspire our people. We are looking for an experienced creator and facilitator, with a passion to make L&D practical and meaningful, to maximise the impact and to positively influence our employee experience.
