Job description

A Junior Application Support Analyst is now sought by a well-known software solutions Company. This is a fantastic and rare entry-level opportunity for an ambitious individual to take their first step into a customer-focused technology role.

To be considered you will have one of the following profiles:

1. Some commercial experience gained within an IT service desk/application support role combined with a knowledge of databases, operating systems (Linux - Ideal), ODBC and MS Office tools.
2. A dynamic individual with a knowledge of business processes; ideally, you will have worked with ERP systems and have gained a good understanding of the different areas they cover. You will be keen on progressing a career into a technical role and will be able to demonstrate personal learning within areas such as technology, including operating systems, databases, and data/reporting tools.

Recruitment of this Junior Application Analyst will be based on experience, attitude, and appetite to learn and self-develop. This role offers a starting salary of GBP24,000 to GBP28,000 and exceptional benefits and annual leave. After 6 months' training and development, the role will be made hybrid and offer a degree of flexible working.
