An established industry player is seeking an Interim Talent and Engagement Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role focuses on managing recruitment and engagement across multiple offices in EMEA, primarily for a remote workforce. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in talent management within the technology sector and experience in fostering remote communities through various digital strategies. You will be expected to build strong relationships with stakeholders and demonstrate effective succession planning. Joining a global technology business, you will be responsible for Talent and Engagement for multiple offices in EMEA. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders within the business to effectively manage recruitment, talent, succession planning, and engagement for a largely remote population.
With a background in Talent and Engagement, you will have supported a technology population and will be able to evidence how you have brought remote communities together via a variety of digital methods. You will also be able to demonstrate experience in recruitment and succession planning across EMEA. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and can commit to a 12 M FTC. The role can be home-based but with the expectation of monthly meetings in London and travel across EMEA as required by the business.
