Interim Talent and Engagement Specialist EMEA - 12 M FTC - remote - travel to London and EMEA
Joining a global technology business, you will be responsible for Talent and Engagement for multiple offices in EMEA. You will build strong relationships with stakeholders within the business to effectively manage recruitment, talent, succession planning, and engagement for a largely remote population.
With a background in Talent and Engagement, you will have supported a technology population and will be able to evidence how you have brought remote communities together via a variety of digital methods. You will also be able to demonstrate experience in recruitment and succession planning across EMEA. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and commit to a 12 M FTC. The role can be home-based but with the expectation of monthly meetings in London and travel across EMEA as required by the business.
