About Our Client

PageGroup are delighted to support a highly successful, growing distribution organisation based in Coventry with the appointment of a HR Advisor to join a small generalist HR team.

This role can offer hybrid working of circa 3 days office and 2 days home per week.

Job Description

Reporting to a HR Director and working alongside a HR Business Partner, this HR Advisor role will support a growing staff base with the full people life-cycle. This will include but not be limited to:

  • Provide support with employee relations casework.
  • Coach and upskill line managers to deal with people matters.
  • Support with recruitment and onboarding.
  • Support the HR Director and HRBP with a wide range of HR projects and initiatives.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders such as recruitment agencies and L&D providers.
  • Guide and advise on HR policies and procedures.
  • Support with all other generalist HR matters.

The Successful Applicant

Ideal candidates for this role will have a proven background in a similar HR Advisory capacity.
