Remote Role, you will be based in the West Midlands, occasional travel to branches within the region.
Covering the central and Wales region.
Full driving licence required.
Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm.

What you’ll do
You will provide strong case management advice to line managers and support them through complex people matters with a focus on gaining the best outcomes for both the business and the individual. You will be working as part of a large HR team and will be confident in your approach to make decisions and support managers in making sometimes difficult people decisions. You will manage a portfolio of cases, scheduling and prioritising activities based on the needs of each case whilst working with senior managers' teams to ensure cases are managed effectively. You will monitor and provide advice to managers on absence management. You will support the HRBP to develop, monitor, and review policies in line with current legislation and best practices on issues such as working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures, and absence management, including staff where appropriate.
What you need
A minimum of 3 years HR Advisor experience in a fast-paced organisation. Experience of working in a multi-site organisation. CIPD part qualified or related qualification (support available to help continue your qualifications). Strong influencing skills and the ability to work with all levels of stakeholders. Experience of complex TUPE transfers and the ability to give advice and guidance. Up-to-date knowledge of employment law. The ability to work independently on casehold.
