Opportunity to join the South East District Nursing Team on a permanent contract as a band 3 HCSW, a vital and valued role within the team.
To support registered nurses in delivering best practice evidenced-based care to patients within the Community Nursing Team. The Health Care Support Worker will assist the registered nurse/associate practitioner in the provision of high-quality, consistent, and cost-effective health and social care. The Health Care Support Worker will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of patient-centred care as delegated by the registered nurse/associate practitioner within their scope of practice.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
