As Head of Finance, you will be partnering with key stakeholders, driving business performance, and delivering valuable insights. You'll oversee the finance function, support and develop your team, and act as a key advisor to senior leadership. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing the preparation of monthly management accounts for presentation to the Executive and Senior Leadership Teams.
2. Driving cash flow optimisation, managing credit risk, and working with Supply Chain to streamline stock levels and turn.
3. Building strong and effective business partnerships to enable shared knowledge and aligned goals.
4. Enhancing processes, controls, and systems for continuous improvement across the finance function.
5. Mentoring and developing your team to achieve excellence, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.

As Head of Finance, you will have:

1. The drive to be an ambitious, results-driven, and supportive leader of your team.
2. A full CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualification.
3. Exceptional analytical skills, commercial intuition, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
4. Proficiency in using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics.
5. A strong financial management and accounting background with demonstrable leadership experience gained in a Finance Manager, Head of Finance, Financial Controller, or senior Management Accountant role.
