Based in Marks Tey, Colchester we are looking for an experienced Head of Business Development & Account Management, reporting to the CEO, to join the team. This is an exciting role to help shape the future of LifeSaver by getting involved as the business advances on a growth strategy. The ideal candidate will be a team player as well as being self-motivated to strive for improvement across the business. They will be highly organised and capable of managing a dynamic workload whilst relishing working with internal and external stakeholders.
Competitive Salary + Uncapped Bonus
Full time. Hours are 9 to 5 and you will need to be in the office at least 3 days a week.
22 days leave + Bank Holidays + Christmas shutdown
Due to the global nature of the role, flexibility to work out of hours on global calls is required.
There will be some international travel but online calls are the preferred route.
