We are a fast-growing food startup redefining meal prep with a focus on Chinese cuisine. We launched just one month ago, hit £15k MRR, and have a strong £40k MRR pipeline. Now, we're looking for a Growth & Partnerships Manager to supercharge our B2C and B2B expansion.

What You'll Do:
  1. Drive B2C subscriber growth and optimize retention
  2. Build & secure B2B partnerships (corporates, gyms, co-working spaces)
  3. Organise and execute data-driven strategies, using GA4, dashboards etc
  4. Develop content & social media strategies to grow brand awareness
  5. Optimise funnel conversion and customer retention (Critical!!)
Who You Are:
  1. 3+ years in growth marketing and partnerships
  2. Early-stage/startup experience - consumer experience is a plus
  3. Hands-on experience with paid ads, performance marketing & content strategy
  4. Expertly organised and detailed!
  5. Passion for food & entrepreneurial environments
  6. Must have the right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
