Growth & Partnerships Manager

Xyla (Part of Acacium Group)

Homebased with occasional office attendance when required

Monday to Friday / 9am - 5:30pm

£50,000 - 55,000 including excellent benefits and bonus

We are looking for a Growth & Partnerships Manager for Xyla Healthcare Services who will play an important role in developing growth opportunities for our division, both in core and new services/markets in line with our five-year plan.

The primary focus for this role will be on managing tender opportunities that maximise market share for core and scaling services and seek market entry for adjacent and new services. The Growth & Partnerships Manager will work closely with the Strategic Growth Director, Senior Leadership Team, BD/Sales teams, operational and commercial colleagues across Healthcare Services and group service development team to develop new opportunities from capture through bid phase to outcome and learning.

  • Develop and execute opportunities to increase market share and revenues to meet or exceed our five-year plan through innovative strategies, market expansion, service development, while ensuring profitability and scalability.
  • Identify, establish and manage relevant strategic partnerships to support our national strategy and local tender opportunities and enhance business opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of market changes by analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform our strategies. Undertake market research for strategic growth areas to inform entry strategy and to identify new market segments for expansion.
  • Manage tender opportunities through the bid process ensuring compliance throughout, from capture, tender, to bid outcome and learning whilst being responsive to the client's issues and needs throughout the bidding process.
  • Attend events and engage with clients to influence technical and commercial elements of the opportunity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and group service development to design and implement growth propositions and compliant, high-quality tender submissions that meet local needs, client objectives, and are capable of winning and scaling up services.

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have…

  • Healthcare operational experience with skills in solution and service building and an understanding of how an insourcing/outsourcing service comes together and operates.
  • Experience in bid/tender management from understanding needs to creating compelling solutions through to bid outcome.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to enable you to work collaboratively with diverse teams and different levels of seniority requiring excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with a need for writing bid documentation when required.
  • Good time management and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines whilst prioritizing tasks effectively with an adaptability to changing requirements at short notice.
  • A high attention to detail with an ability to analyze large volumes of data/information and present it clearly and logically with problem-solving skillsets to find effective solutions to findings.
  • Commercial awareness with a project management mindset and approach when planning and scheduling deadlines and tasks.
