An established industry player is seeking a talented Designer to join their Communications and Events team. This exciting role involves creating engaging print and digital content that resonates with colleagues and enhances internal communications. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs while adhering to brand guidelines and UX best practices. This is a brilliant, newly created work role located at our head office in Bradford, West Yorkshire. In the role of Designer you will sit as part of the Communications and Events team, which is part of the People team. You’ll report to the Communications Manager.
Your primary responsibility is to understand design briefs, design print and digital content, follow the sign off journey before packaging them ready to either use digitally or for printing. You’ll create engaging content for our internal communications channels, producing quality content which engages our audience, adheres to UX and design best practices and complies with the digital brand guidelines. You will also work with the wider People team to help support other requests.
Working closely with a variety of stakeholders, you will create digital and printable content for our colleagues within a fast paced environment with multiple projects in flight at a time.

This is a hybrid role operating over a four and a half day working week* with a minimum of three days in the office (depending on equipment available remotely).
This role is based at our fantastic head office in Bradford. Boasting an on-site restaurant, coffee shop, convenience and sample store, prayer room, free parking and regular company-wide events and promotions. Ideally, applicants will live within a reasonable distance of our office.
