The Advanced Wound Management (AWM) Digital Marketing Campaign Manager plays a pivotal role in planning, driving, and optimising digital marketing campaigns.

This position is responsible for creating and implementing innovative digital strategies across various channels in alignment with global marketing strategies and local execution plans. Designing campaign strategies to achieve marketing goals and enhance the online presence of the organisation, focusing on demand generation contributing to commercial growth. Through a strong partnership with marketing, medical education, sales, and other functions in the business, the campaign manager leads the charge to uplift digital marketing capabilities across the organisation.

What will you be doing?

  • Partnering with marketing to develop strong campaign briefs, with clear objectives and measures of success.
  • Developing multichannel digital marketing campaign strategies that link the company's objectives and target audience, leveraging best practice and previous campaign performance.
  • Crafting a multichannel customer journey, working with channel experts, to build detailed requirements for full campaign channel strategy, content/asset requirements, technical setup, data flow, and reporting at a Global level. Then working with local markets to localise the strategy.
  • Monitoring and analysing campaign performance, applying analytics tools to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement. Tracking and reporting on key performance metrics, providing regular updates to collaborators with a constant focus on improving campaign performance.
  • Staying current with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies, making recommendations for their adoption.

Your background

You'll be a strategic thinker, capable of developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that align with business objectives and goals. You will have the ability to influence team members to challenge the norm by addressing challenges and articulating the benefits of digital marketing. You will be skilled at data analysis to optimise digital marketing performance and return on investment. You will be a strong project leader, skilled in managing multiple digital marketing campaigns concurrently, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Successful candidates would need the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the MedTech industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing planning, execution, and follow-up processes for events.
  • Experience with data analysis platforms such as GA4, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to report and drive return on investment decisions.
  • Experience with digital marketing channels, software, and tools, including those specific to event management.
  • Previous experience in healthcare or MedTech is preferred.

Location: This role can be based UK wide - there will be travel to our Watford office on a regular basis.
