Job Title: German Speaking Inbound Sales Advisor

Location: Congleton, Cheshire

Position: Permanent, full-time, Monday to Friday, fully on-site

Our leading client based near Macclesfield is looking for a German speaking Inbound Sales Administrator to join their growing team. In this exciting role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers regarding sales enquiries and provide them with quotes, complete administration around the customer sales journey, and represent the company at trade shows.

1. An annual salary of £26,000
2. Individual bonus based on performance following successful completion of probation period
3. Working hours: Monday – Friday 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm with a 4pm finish on Fridays

As the German Speaking Inbound Sales Administrator, you will:

1. Answer incoming customer sales enquiries via phone and email
2. Provide accurate quotes to customers
3. Attend occasional trade shows

***Please be aware that this role will involve no cold calling, as you’ll be dealing with incoming sales enquiries!***

Who we’re looking for:

We’d love to connect with candidates who have previous Customer Service, Sales or Administration experience, excellent communication skills and fluency in both German and English, and the ability to build positive customer relationships!
