We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and creative TikTok Shop Manager to join our growing team! If you live and breathe e-commerce, love experimenting with short-form videos, and understand how to convert views into sales — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage and grow our TikTok Shop account
• Upload and optimize product listings, promotions, and live campaigns
• Create and/or coordinate engaging short-form videos to promote products (you don’t need to be on camera unless you want to)
• Keep up with TikTok trends, algorithms, and shop features
• Collaborate with our marketing team to test content and improve conversions
• Monitor data/analytics and suggest strategies for growth

What We’re Looking For:

• E-commerce experience is a must (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Amazon, or similar platforms)
• Strong understanding of content marketing and video storytelling
• Able to create or coordinate trendy, high-converting TikTok videos
• Creative thinker with a good aesthetic eye for product visuals
• Organized, independent, and results-driven
• Chinese language skills is a big plus (our suppliers/target market may involve Chinese-speaking regions)

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience in TikTok Live or affiliate marketing
• Can edit short-form videos or direct others to do so
• Love keeping up with viral content and e-commerce trends
