Job Title: Functional Skills Tutor
Location: Maidstone
Salary: £25,585 - £30,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

About the Role
As a Functional Skills Tutor, you will deliver engaging Maths and English lessons from Entry Level to Level 2. You will inspire and support learners from diverse backgrounds, creating a positive and inclusive environment. You will teach four days per week, with one day dedicated to preparation. Class sizes are small, typically between 8-10 learners, ensuring personalised attention and meaningful progress for each student.
