Job Description

1. Providing high-quality customer service to clients.

3. Resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

5. Working closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Adhering to company policies and regulations.
7. Assisting in the development of customer service procedures.

The Successful Applicant

A successful French or Spanish Speaking Customer Service Advisor should have:

1. Fluency in French and/or Spanish and English.
2. Strong customer service skills.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. A strong understanding of financial services - Desired.
5. Ability to work effectively in a team.
6. High attention to detail.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
