Description

Oversee all company accounting practices, including preparing budgets, financial statements and management accounts
Direct financial strategy, planning and forecasts; confer with executive management on strategic planning
Oversee Payroll function
Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and corporate policies, regulations and laws
Supervise investment and cash management strategies
Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal controls
Improve and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems
Hire, develop and manage the accounting and finance team.

Profile

A successful Financial Controller should have:

Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) with experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office suite
Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management and general finance and budgeting

Job Offer
