Key responsibilities:

1. Building control & compliance:
   Manage a portfolio of projects and provide expert advice on building control matters.
   Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, including Building Regulations 2010.
   Attend design team meetings and consult with Fire Authorities when necessary.
2. Business development:
   Help expand the company’s services and build strong client relationships.
   Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth.
