Job description

We are looking for an Executive Administrator to join a leadership team for an organisation based in Wolverhampton.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing back office functions to include facilities and infrastructure, reception and administration, and catering functions.
Supporting department managers, you will contribute to the overall performance of the scheme.
If you have experience as an office manager, PA to a leadership team, or senior administration, we want to hear from you.

Duties:

  1. Train staff to use systems and ensure policies and procedures are maintained and observed.
  2. Ownership of recruitment processes, onboarding new starters, setting up and maintaining personnel files.
  3. Provide comprehensive and efficient secretarial support to the CEO and Board of Trustees.
  4. Support 3 department managers to ensure teams are running efficiently and within budget.
  5. Assist the CEO to drive the strategy of the scheme.
  6. Be the 'Go to Person' for any back office function.

Experience:
  1. Must have supported an executive or leadership team.
  2. Experience of working within Education or children's services is an advantage.
  3. Experience of Safeguarding, data protection, and GDPR.

This is an office-based role working 30 hours a week over 5 days.
