ABOUT KERTEN

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to: Business Owner

Location: Remote

Key Attributes:

  1. Proficient in AI tools and workflows leveraging automation and generative AI to enhance productivity.
  2. Gatekeeper and key point of contact.
  3. Provide full and confidential administrative service.
  4. Assisting with special project requirements as needed.
  5. Candidates must possess a very strong work ethic, be able to act independently, problem solve and must demonstrate flexibility in order to meet the business needs.
  6. The position involves working on multi-jurisdictional projects, on EMEA time zones.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

  1. Strong IT and AI skills.
  2. Demonstrable track record of achievement.
  3. Capability of individual will be given greater consideration than number of years of work experience, but a minimum of 3 years' experience preferred.
  4. Third level qualification in Finance, Business or legal preferred, but not essential.
  5. Advanced verbal and written English language communication skills a must.
  6. Innovative thinker and solutions provider.
  7. Strong work ethic and ability to act independently together with excellent interpersonal skills.
