We are currently looking for a passionate Event Sales Executive to join our Sales Department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.

As an Event Sales Executive, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

  1. Deal with all client enquiries ensuring all clients receive relevant quotes and proposals within 4hrs of enquiry. Note - flag all high value pieces of business to Events Revenue Manager. Ensure all agreements and deadlines made to clients are maintained and achieved.
  2. Ensure all enquiries and prices quoted are in accordance with the monthly yield parameters. Should you wish to negotiate outside these parameters please consult the Events Revenue Manager.
  3. Ensure Delphi is used accurately to record all enquiries including turndowns, and to track client correspondence, conversations and to chase clients.
  4. Enter a future sales call for relevant members of the sales team to follow up for future business once the outcome of the original enquiry has been established.
  5. Send out brochures and information as requested by clients, follow up to ensure these have been received and chase for business.
  6. You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil your duties and in any event not less than 40 hours.
