Job description
Morgan Hunt currently requires an Estate Manager for NHS based in Middlesex.
Pay Rate: £30ph to £33ph Ltd
Hours: 37.5 hrs 8am to 16:30pm Mon to Fri
Location: Middlesex
Duration: 6 months ongoing contract
Suitable candidates must have a full clean driving licence; a vehicle will be provided.
Job Details:
- The candidate will need to be technically qualified in building services engineering and will carry out building fabric maintenance (Hard FM).
- The candidate will be responsible for the management of the London Estates Maintenance operational in-house workforce including Building Technician, maintenance operatives, and Minor New Works Team, ensuring individual training needs are analysed, planned, and implemented in line with Trust and Departmental Policies and Procedures.
- The candidate will act as the responsible person and/or authorised person for services including but not limited to asbestos management.
- Experienced working in the NHS in operational Estates (Hard FM).
- Significant experience in the management of Hard FM workforce.
- Building services engineering experience with strong knowledge of H&S, particularly Asbestos management and fire safety.
