Our client is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee world-class tunnel projects in the Lower Mainland of BC. This full-time, permanent position is based in Vancouver, BC, and offers the chance to work on cutting-edge infrastructure projects.

As the Construction Manager, you will report directly to the Vice President of Construction Management - West. This position requires a proven leader in managing major underground projects, with a focus on water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and gas pipeline installations.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• 20+ years in heavy civil engineering, ideally with tunnelling and infrastructure projects.
• Engineering degree with a strong understanding of tunnel design and construction.
• Extensive experience in contract administration, including change orders, claims, and risk management.
• Previous experience as an Owner’s Representative ensuring compliance with contract terms and project standards.
• Strong written communication skills for drafting and managing change orders and project documentation.
