Base pay range

Invecta is exclusively working with a Leading Lloyd's insurance organisation who are looking for a head of Syndicate operations to lead and enhance Syndicate and London Market operations, driving efficiency, process improvement, and regulatory compliance through strong leadership and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Hold SMF24 designation, ensuring Syndicate governance and compliance.
Oversee business continuity, resilience planning, and data governance.
Represent the Syndicate in London Market groups and modernisation projects.
Manage audits, committee reporting, and operational KPIs.
Maintain Syndicate tools and support month-end and year-end processes.
Drive process automation and align systems for efficiency.
Act as Product Owner for Lloyd’s-based systems.
Collaborate with key stakeholders across Operations, Risk, Finance, and IT.
Lead and develop a high-performing team.

Experience & Skills:

Strong background in London Market operations, Lloyd’s processes, and systems.
Proven leadership in project and team management.
Expertise in business and technology processes, change management, and vendor oversight.
Familiarity with Company, MGA, LIRMA IUA, and Lloyd’s LPSO platforms.
Knowledge of DXC systems and regulatory frameworks.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
