9 Month FTC
Elevation HR are working with a dynamic and forward-thinking Engineering company who are now looking for an Employee Relations Specialist to join the team for a 9 month FTC.
The role of Employee Relations Specialist will provide advice and guidance, supporting managers on people management case work and absence support through the centralised advisory service tiered structure.
- Be the first point of contact for all managers throughout the business for people policy related issues
- Coach and influence managers in people management, developing skills and constructively challenging inappropriate behaviours/actions
- Support managers to improve attendance ensuring that both long and short term sickness levels are kept within company targets utilising the available systems and management information
- Solid experience of Employee Relations with the ability to build strong working relationships with all levels of managers
- Strong Employee Relations specialist experience gained within a complex unionised environment, and large matrix organisations
- Demonstrates a sound understanding of employment law
- CIPD L5, or working towards
