We are currently looking for a HR Specialist who shares our purpose and vision to join our global team to support with implementing our HR strategy and people plans, whilst providing commercial advice on people issues.

Responsibilities

You will support the implementation of the HR strategy and change plan as we adapt a global technology-enabled operating model. This will include assisting with changes in leadership and management approaches to create a more effective workplace culture. You will work closely with line managers, building strong relationships to support and guide them in demonstrating good leadership and people management practices. A key part of the role will involve managing employee relations cases, particularly those of moderate complexity, while ensuring all HR activities are handled professionally and within agreed timelines.

In addition, you will contribute to business change initiatives, such as restructures, redundancies, and TUPE activities, ensuring they are delivered smoothly. You will also assist with integrating new team members through mergers, acquisitions, and lateral hires. Supporting the HR Business Partners, you’ll play a role in key people processes, including performance reviews, talent management, and salary reviews.

What will help you succeed in this role?

Essential

  1. Experience managing/supporting ER cases.
  2. Up to date knowledge of HR related legislation and changes in employment law.
  3. Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the business, with a proven ability to influence, develop and maintain professional relationships.
  4. Commercial mindset.

Desirable

  1. Previous experience in a HR specialist role within Legal services.
  2. Experience operating within a matrix structured organisation.
  3. CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
