ER Case Manager, up to c£45,000, Manchester, Permanent, Hybrid (4 days in the office)
Our client is a well-established organisation committed to providing expert people services that support and empower its workforce. As part of their ongoing focus on delivering high-quality case management support, they are looking for a skilled Case Manager to join their team and provide consistent, expert advice across a range of policy areas.
Reporting into the Case Manager Lead, this role will involve delivering end-to-end case management for both operational and office-based colleagues. You will provide high-quality, tailored guidance on employment policies, balancing business needs with fair and effective people management. The role requires proactive stakeholder engagement, coaching line managers to strengthen their capability, and handling complex and high-risk cases with a commercial and pragmatic approach.
You will have a strong background in case management, employee relations, or HR advisory roles, with experience in coaching managers and making informed decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and influencing skills are key, along with the ability to assess risk, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. A keen eye for identifying trends and delivering business insights will also be essential.
