Leading electrical maintenance business seeks a dynamically driven electrical contracts manager with good experience on social housing contracts.
The Electrical Contracts Manager needs to be able to manage an electrical maintenance contract which includes the following services:
- Domestic and communal EICR and remedial works
- Estate Power and Lighting, day to day repairs
- Emergency lighting PPM's and remedial works
- Fire alarm PPM's and remedial works
- AOV PPM's and remedial works
- Door entry and CCTV PPM and remedial works
- Barrier gates PPM's and remedial works
- Installation works
You will need to be able to balance managing direct and subcontract labour.
