Senior Shopify Developer (Agency Experience) – Fully remote
Duration: 3 – 6 months
Start: ASAP
We are looking for a Senior Shopify Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Shopify/ Shopify Plus and a strong background in developing and integrating enterprise-level e-commerce solutions. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs, develop technical strategies, and lead the implementation of their Shopify platforms. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. Having agency experience would be a huge plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shopify Development: Design, build, and maintain custom Shopify themes and apps. Develop new functionality and features for Shopify Plus platforms.
- Integration: Create and implement custom integrations between Shopify Plus and other enterprise systems. Build connectors for pre-built and fully customized solutions.
- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with clients to develop their technical strategy and digital architecture. Provide advisory services to align technical solutions with business objectives.
- Business Transformation: Lead clients through successful business transformations by leveraging your expertise and experience in e-commerce.
- Optimization: Ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security of Shopify Plus platforms. Perform code reviews and provide feedback to other developers.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for client projects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, designers, and other developers to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Shopify development, with at least 2 years focused on Shopify Plus.
