Working Pattern: Remote across the UK or Ireland

The role:

• Responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with suppliers and clients across EMEA.
• You will play a pivotal part in ensuring the company is mitigating risks, legal compliance and driving business growth.
• Working with internal teams, clients and external partners to deliver compliant solutions.
• Some of these documents will be 100-page + agreements that you will need to go through and pull liabilities.
• Contract Governance.

Your experience:

• Ideally Degree educated in Law, Business Administration or similar.
• Strong contract management experience with European legislation knowledge. You don’t need to be an expert in every country.
• Experience working in Workforce management, EoR or Global Recruitment companies working on contracts for Payroll, HR, Financial Services, B2B contractors and/or contingent worker agreements.

Interview Process: 1-stage interview with the CFO and Operations Director on Microsoft Teams.
