About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Creative Strategist who is hungry, curious, and ready to make a name for themselves inside a fast-growing, disruptive brand.

You’ll work alongside our small, high-performing team to conceptualise and develop high-converting ad creatives primarily for Meta (Facebook/Instagram). You’ll be trained by our strategists, but a solid foundational understanding of marketing psychology and ecommerce is essential.

This is not a regular 9-5 job—we want someone incredibly hungry and passionate about the brand and mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market and persona research to understand motivations, pain points, and decision triggers
  • Develop concepts, scripts, and UGC briefs for video ads and direct-response content
  • Collaborate with our creative team (editors, designers, other strategists) to bring ideas to life
  • Analyse ad account data to identify winners/losers, understand why, and build on successful concepts
  • Help optimise the creative testing process across platforms
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, viral hooks, and creative formats

Ideal Candidate Has

  • Previous experience in ecommerce creative strategy—either working at a brand, agency, or as a dropshipper/brand builder
  • Familiarity with supplement brands and wellness markets is a huge plus
  • A working knowledge of Breakthrough Advertising principles: market awareness, desire levels, etc.
  • Understanding of direct-response marketing, social ad psychology, and viral content mechanics
  • Bonus: Experience with video editing (e.g. CapCut, Premier pro), Canva/Figma graphics, or building landing pages (Replo)
