What's the Job?
We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to lead a thriving lifestyle department at our client's garden centre.

You'll manage a team of 15, deliver exceptional customer service, and take ownership of stock management, supplier collaboration, and product selection.

This hands-on role includes creating inspiring displays and developing unique product ranges.

What Do I Need?
You'll need solid retail experience, including knowledge of EPOS systems and stock management, alongside a passion for delivering results both on the shop floor and behind the scenes.

Strong leadership skills and a proactive, creative mindset are essential, as is the ability to inspire and support your team in a family-like, motivating workplace.
